JUDGE’S RULING.
HOLLYWOOD, April 21. After hearing evidence by Jackie Coogan concerning his earnings made as a child actor, Judge Wilson, before whom most of the movie contracts involving minors come for approval, made a ruling that hereafter, in ordder to avoid exploitation, child actors will be compelled to have half their salaries placed in a trust fund.
