BRITISH WAR MINISTER. (British Official Wireless.) Received April 23, 10.35 a.m. RUGBY, April 22. The Minister for War (Mr HoreBelisha) to-day flew by ’plane from Malta to Rome, where he will have an interview to-morrow with Signor Mussolini. A Press Association report from Malta reports that Mr Hore-Belisha said the inland defences of Malta were being actively improvtTT and would become more formidable by land, sea and air.
