General Pariani (Under-Secretary for War) met Mr Hore-Belislia (British War Minister) on his arrival from Malta. The greatest interest is being displayed in diplomatic circles in Mr Hore-Belisha’s visit. Signor Mussolini has arranged a full programme before Mr Hore-Belislia returns to London on April 27.
