MR SOPWITH’S INTENTIONS
AMERICA’S CUP CONTESTS. LONDON, April 21. Mr T. 0. M. Sop with, on his arrival from the United States, declared he would not again attempt to win the America’s Cup with the yacht Endeavour 11. “Until we have a testing tank like the Americans, it is useless to try to build a yacht in England capable of beating America’s best,” he said.
