BRITAIN’S NOTIFICATION. (British Official Wireless.) Receiyed April 22, 11.25 a.m. RUGBY, April 21. Britain has lodged with the League of Nations, as registrar of treaties formal notification of her invocation of article 25 of the London. Naval Treaty, 1936 (escalator clause).
