INTER-DOMINION TROTS. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 22. Arrangements liave been made for the third day of the inter-Dominion trotting meeting to be held on Tuesday. 'Hie weather has now cleared and the track should be soft for the second day to-morrow.
