CHINESE CLAIMS. SHANGHAI, April 15. The Chinese declare they have entered the suburbs of Yihsien. They assert that the Japanese lack supplies and aeroplanes are dropping foodstuffs. The Chinese in Shantung maintain they have outmanoeuvred the Japanese. Guerrilla activity is widespread. There have been large troops of Japanese landing at Tsingtao.
