OFFENCE AT RONGOTEA. Charged with throwing a stone at Rongotea on February 18 to the danger of a house occupied by Constable Kennedy, Evern Simmonsen entered a plea of y guilty through Mr A M. Origley, before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court .to-day. Senior-Sergeant Mclntyre stated that stones had been thrown on the constable’s house at 1.10 a.m. and next morning four small stones were found on the lawn.
