VISITOR TO DOMINION. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND. March 21. A passenger from the Islands to-day was Makeanui Tinirau Ariki, paramount chief oi king of the. Island of Rarotonga, who is on a health trip. He will probably spend several months iu Auckland. He is a grandnephew of the late Queen Makea, who ceded the island to the British. Also a passenger on the Matua was Mr R. Hyne, formerly Chief Justice of Tonga, who has been appointed Judicial Commissioner to the Solomon Islands.
