A LAST SALUTE.

OYER NELSON DISTRICT. Per Press Association. NELgON, March 21. Mr Clouston’s flight this morning over the Nelson district was greatly appreciated. The ’plane appeared from the clouds and circled the city two or three times, then proeeded over Port Nelson, the Wairneas, Moutere, Neudorf, where Mr Clouston’s parents live, and Motueka, wiiere Mr Clouston was born. The last-named town was circled at a low altitude, enabling the graceful lings of the machine to he seen. Vantage points in all parts were crowded. Farewells 'were waved and the machine dipped its wings in salute and - disappeared in a northerly direction on its Jong flight to Sydney
