The Sunday Chronicle affirms that Signor Mussolini has made a new offer and is willing to establish Haile Selassie as ruler of a quarter of Ethiopia. Ho would live in his own palace at Addis Ababa and receive £IO,OOO a year. He would enjoy the same status as Princes under the British rule in India.
