\ - WASHINGTON, Feb. 21. | Mr Lester Barlow, the inventor of air bombing, told the Naval Committee of tho .House of Representatives that a new type of aerial attack may I he announced in the immediate future. Ho also said that for the price of one battleship, a nation could buy 1200 Martin bombers capable of blanketing with gas an area 12 miles square in from three to fivo minutes, irom a height beyond the roach of anti-aircraft tire. In Mr Barlow’s opinion, an “aerial mine’’ is capable of being developed.
