Received March 4,2 p.m. BURGOS, March 3.
General Franco received the Times correspondent (Mr H. A. R. Philby) and awarded him the Red Cross (military merit). He also handed over posthumous decorations for the British journalist, Mr E. R. Sheepshanks, and the Americans, Messrs Dradish, Johnson, and E. J. Neil, who were killed oil the Teruel front in December.
