COLD WITH RAIN PROBABLE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 5. An anti-cyclone is centred over the Tasman Sea and extends south-east-wards on to the South Island. The cyclone was located yesterday near Norfolk Island is now centred about 200 miles east of Cape Maria van Diemen, and moving south-eastwards.
