STRONGER FRIENDSHIP. (Times Cables.) LONDON, March 3. The Berlin correspondent of the Times reports that Mr Hugh Wilson, the new United States Ambassador, has presented Herr Hitler with his credentials, and expressed the hope that his ambassadorship will see a strengthening of German and American friendship.
