CLOUDY AND OVERCAST. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Marcli 4. A rather deep cyclone is now situated east of Norfolk Island and is apparently moving south-eastwards. An anti-cyclone of slight intensity covers the south Tasman Sea. Forecast. —Light to moderate southeasterly winds, gradually freshening. Weather: Cloudy to overcast, and at times misty or foggy with rain probable. Seas, slight to moderate, but later rising. RIVER GAUGE. Noon. —2ft. 9in.
