(From Our Own Correspondent.) KONGOTEA, March 3. Interest in the Glon Oroua branch of the New Zealand Labour Party is well maintained, and at the monthly meeting bold in tho board room, llongotca, there was an unusually largo attendance of members, which was presided over by Air A. Carroll. The recent meeting of the Labour Representation Committee at Glen Oroua was reported on by Air A. T. Bailey, who stated that delegates throughout the Manawatu electorate were, very pleased with the prospects and the enthusiasm displayed by unions and branches. It is expected that Air O. L. Hunter, member for the district, will he present at the annual meeting of the branch, which will bo held later in the month. Remits to go forward to the national conference wero discussed, and left over for a future meeting in order to allow members to become more fully acquainted with them.
