RECIPROCITY WANTED. Received March 1, 9.25 a..m. TO KID, Feh. 28. The new Consul-Ueneral to New Zealand (Mr Clunji), who is sailing hy the Atsnta Maru on March 17, said to-day that he hoped New Zealand would reciprocate and send a responsible representative to Japan.
