TABLEAU IN PROCESSION. Received Alarch 1. 1.10 p.m. LONDON, March 1. A car inscribed “The Garden of Eden,” depicting Air Anthony Eden bowing' to a crowd in a withered garden and bearing tho words “They carried the corpse from Downing Street,” was the chief tableau in a carnival procession in Cologne. A band playing the funeral march preceded the car.
