MARKET RECOVERS. LONDON, Feb., 25. _ Market excitement following Kir Eden’s resignation baa died down and the Stock Exchange has relapsed into lethargy. The Week ended on a subdued ~ note. Rase metals showed numerous small losses, oil shares, were irregular and gold shares and industrials ragged. « LONDON. Feb. 26.
