YELLOW RIVER REACHED. Received February 26, 8.5 a.m. HONG KONG, Feb. 25, The Japanese have reached the Yellow River at Fengkiu. The Chinese admit the loss of Siyuan and Mengshien, near Fengkiu. The Japanese in Honan Province are approaching Chungyang.
