A series of waves of an extensive westerly depression continues to cross the southern portion of the Dominion, but pressure is now rising over southeastern Australia. Forecast. —Moderate to strong northwesterly to westerly wind, rising at times to gale force in exposed positions. Weather : Cloudy to overcast, with warm and humid conditions, and rain probable.
