ADOPTION URGED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 23. The Wellington Education Board has decided to request the Education Department to expedite .any scheme for the advancement of visual and sound films as an educational aide in schools. Speakers said that progress ill this respect in New Zealand had been somewhat tardy. Others said not much progress could be made with the installations of apparatus until the department made it clear how these would be financed. On this point they were still in the dark.
