MARSHAL’S DICTUM.
SEVERE REGULATIONS. Received December 22, 11.50 a.m. HANKOW, Dec. 21. Marshal Chiang Kai-shek, in a series of drastic regulations,-has ordered the execution of Government officials vound dancing in cabarets, and severe punishment for gambling and frequenting with sing-song girls.
