(From Our Own Correspondent.) SANSON, Doc. 20. Mr A. K. Drew presided over a good attendance at the annual meeting of tho Sandon Sports Club. The following officers were elected:—Patron, Mr J. H. Fagan; president. Mr A. K. Drew; vice-presi-dents, Messrs C. Eglinton, F. S. Collier, A. Kilpatrick, R. D. McKelvie, D. G. Warner, G. J. Arnott, W. E. Pearce, W. H. Henson and J. M. Croucher; executive, Messrs A. K. Drew, S. L. Orr, A. Kilpatrick, C. Eglinton, F. Collier, M. Pearce and E. N. Butler; hon. treasurer and secretary, Mr S. L. Orr; assistant secretary, Mr M. Pearce; hon. auditor, Mr S. L. Kent; programme committee, the president, secretary and Messrs A. Kilpatrick, C. Eglinton and E. N, Butler. Mr C. Eglinton said that he thought the time had come when senior events should be added to the programme. Should this bo decided upon, it would not be possible to carry on with the same gate charges. Mr A. K. Drew agreed with Mr Eglinton, ; 'nc] thought that the policy to be adopted 'his year should be considered by the programme committee, and it was decided that, ihc committee bring a report to the next general meeting. The balance-sheet showed a credit balanco of £lB 5s lOd. As the sports had had to be abandoned this year, this was considered quito satisfac- , to:ry.
