ARRIVAL AT AUCKLAND.

AUCKLAND, Dec. 17. The third cruise ship of the season, the P. and 0. liner Strathaird, arrived during the forenoon from Brisbane and other Australian ports with 627 passengers, 68 of whom are leaving the vessel in New Zealand. The Strathaird leaves at 11 p.m. to-morrow for Wellington. A large number of passengers are leaving to-day for motor trips to North Island tourist resorts and are rejoining the vessel at Wellington.
