ARRESTS IN BERLIN. (Times Cables.) Received December 17, 11.35 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 16. The Berlin correspondent of the Times reports that Pastors Mueller and Jantsch, and two others have been arrested on charges of attacking the State in sermons. The police have closed and sealed the premises in which students of confessional churches customarily met. Many students have been removed from the Universities of Berlin to the Rhineland and Westphalia.
