PROCEEDING SAIOOTHLY. Per Press Association. AVELLINGTON, Dec. 16. The departmental experts concerned in the trade discussions between the New Zealand and Australian Governments conferred again last night, and to-day. (It is gathered that the discussions are proceeding smoothly and that there is a possibility of finality being reached shortly. A State luncheon has been arranged for Alonday at Parliament House.
