BERLIN, Dec. 13. The Supreme Court has ruled it is the duty of every business man to read a newspaper regularly. A business manager charged by a firm for using its money to pay his newspaper subscription was acquitted, the Court declaring it was in the firm’s interest that the manager should subscribe to newspapers. , PARIS, Dec. 13. Eugene Weidmann has confessed to the murder of Madame Jeanne Keller, formerly Berst, daughter of a rich farmer at Mundelshien, near Strasbourg, whose photograph was found in Weidmann’s villa at St. Cloud. A. chauffeur,-named Markoff, is also missing, in connection with which fact, suspicion attaches to Weidmann. JERUSALEM, Doc. 13.
