TRAIN SNOW-BOUND.
STORM IN SCOTLAND. (British Official Wireless.) Received December 15, 10.5 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 14. Caught ill one of the worst snowstorms in Scotland, 200 passengers on an EdinLurgli-London Express were snowbound for seven hours during the night between Edinburgh and Carlisle.
