General von Biomberg has decreed that the “Day of Armed Forces” become an annual institution. On tills day barracks will be opened to the public. Men, women, and children can fire army rifles, pistols, and ma-chine-guns, and throw dummy hand grenades, also, ride in tanks, eat soldiers’ food, and watch the military performances staged for their bene-fit-all for a small fee, which is paid into the winter relief account.
