ADVANCE IN BRITAIN. EQUIPMENT "FOR THEATRES. (British Offiial Wireless.) Received December 9, 11.12 a.m. 1 RUGBY, Dee. 8. Tho British Broadcasting Corporation’s television programme from Alexandra Palace was shown in a cinema theatre at Bromley (Kent) to-day. The results were clear with little interference.
It is stated that proposals arc on. foot to equip large groups of London cinemas with television programme apparatus.
