SOAP FROM COAL.
MARKETED IN GERMAN*. Received December 9, 12.5 p.m. BERLIN, Dec. 8. Toilet soap made entiretly from coal is being marketed. It is claimed to have all -the properties of soap made from fats and oils, of which Germany imports a million tons annually, a quarter of which is absorbed by soap factories.
