JURY DISAGREES.
REMAND ORDERED
Received December 8, 10.45 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 7
George Olsen Melander, aged 19, charged on remand with wounding Sir Oswald Mosley in October last, pleaded not guilty to the charge of wounding with intent, to do grievous bodily harm. The jury disagreed on the charge o,f causing grievous bodily harm and accused was again remanded.
