CITY SILVER BAND.

RECITAL AT ESPLANADE. There was a large attendance of the public at the Esplanade on Sunday afternoon, when a programme was rendered by the City Silver, Band. The audience was most appreciative of the popular items presented among such beautiful surroundings. The programme was as follows: March, “Argandab”; euphonium solo (Bandsman Wall), “Weidekher”; intermezzo, “Wedding of the Roses”; cornet polka (Sergeant J. Cosgrove), “The Cornet King”; hymn; “Fierce Raged the Tempest”; waltz, “Reign of Beauty”; march, Sons of the Brave.”
