Replies from both sides in the Spanish dispute qualifying their acceptance of the request for their concurrence in the Non-Intervention Committee’s resolution providing for the execution of the British plan are to come to-morrow before the chairman’s sub-committee. The meeting will also consider recommendations of technical sub-com-mittees, which have been drafting detailed schemes in connection with a plan for the restoration and strengthening of control round for the withdrawal of volunteers, and for the granting of belligerent rights. . britisiT"assets. Questioned in the House of Commons, Air Eden (Foreign Secretary) said there had been a very large number of cases of interference with the assets of British companies in Spain. A Loyalist Government agency reports that a convoy of rebel merchantmen, escorted by three Italian destroyers and two German submarines, unloaded a cargo of 1000 field guns and 10,00 tons of w*ar material. Five thousand Aloorish troops are landing daily at Algeciras from Ceuta.
