TREATY OF COMMERCE.
BRITAIN AND SIAM. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Dec. 4. A treaty of commerce between the United Kingdom and Siam, and an exchange of Notes regarding the renunciation by Britain of the right to evoke from Siamese Courts cases in which British subjects or companies are concerned, were published to-day as White Papers.
