The Daily Telegraph correspondent at Munich says the police have confined to their houses the Bishop of Eichstaett and a number of priests for sending out dispatch riders and ordering the church bells to bo rung to warn parishioners of an impending Nazi plebiscite to persuade parents to send their children to Nazi schools. Herr Julius Strfeicher, nnti-Semetic leader, demands drastic reprisals.
