During the past week the butter market in London lias displayed a quiet tone, and on the cheese market the tendency lias also been quiet. Current quotations are as follow, those prviously cabled being included in parentheses : Butter.—Danish, 152 s to 154 s (144 s to 1455). Choicest salted: New Zealand, 114 s (114 s to 115 s); Australian, 112 s (114 s). Unsalted: New Zealand, 119 s to 120 s (120 s to 1225) ; Australian 116 s (116 s). Cheese.—New Zealand: White, 68s (68s 6d); coloured, 67s (76s 6d). Australian: White, 66s 6d to 67s (67s to 67s 6d); coloured, 65s 6d (66s to 66s 6d). ■
