CLOUDY WITH MIST. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Dec. 4. The anti-cyclone over the Dominion has been moving very slowly eastwards, bnt there is little variation in the pressure over the Tasman Sea and New Zealand areas. The forecast is for light to moderate northerly winds. The weather will be cloudy, with mist or light rain probable at times. Temperatures mild, seas slight to moderate. RIVER GAUGE. Noon. —lft. 9in.
