NEW KILT.

FOR DUKE OF WINDSOR. Received November 29, 10.40 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 28. The Duke of Windsor is adopting the Bonnie Prince Charlie tartan, a new kilt of which is being woven at Brora, Sutherlandsliire. It is a variant of the Royal Stewart, except that the blue and green lines are broader, reducing the red squares on the background. This is traversed by yellow Hues traditionally indicating the Royal Scottish descent.
