(British Official Wireless.) Received November 29. 8.5 a.m. RUGBY. Nov. 27. The British railways have adopted a scheme by which the public can give railway travel as a Christmas present to relatives or friends. Persons inviting friends for Christinas or the New Year can enclose, with the invitation, special railwav tickets for the journey issued by the companies, or the tickets can be inserted in slots provided in the special greeting card, which tlie companies are producing.
