EXCITEMENT IN FRANCE. CAGOULARD DISCLOSURES. SENSATIONAL NEWS EXPECTED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received November 26, 9.35 a.m. PARIS, Nov. 25. Tho Sureto investigators are still questioning the Cagoulards, who have been arrested. Franco continues to be ■on tiptoe with excitement pending the full disclosures, which are expected to be even more sensational. M. Moitessier, the Chief of the Smote, says that the name “Cagoulard 1 has been dropped and changed to “C.5.A.R.,” or “Comite Secret d’Action Revolutionaro.” Tho police declare that they have discovered a link between certain arrested persons and a periodical conducted by the Due De Guise, Pretender to the Throne. EIREARMS DISCARDED. THE CAGOULARD BRAND. PARIS, Nov. 25.. Fear of being branded Cagouiards has mado the getting rid of arms a popular occupation throughout France, the police finding much ammunition, revolvers and rifles on riverbanks, in parks, and on roadsides which the owners, although not connected with the Cagoulards, consider too hot to hold, as no mercy is likely to be shown the possessors of illicit arms. The police, continuing tho Cagoulard hunt questioned General du Seigneur, a former Chief Secretary of the Air Ministry and Rightist sympathiser, and arrested all round on tho premises of Eugene de Loncie’s firm.
