BRITAIN’S WAR DEBT.
REPAYMENT REPORT. / WASHINGTON, Nov. 24. The State Department would make no comment on a London newspaper report that Britain was prepared to repay her -war debt to America under terms revising the original settlement plan. The department also refused to discuss reports that Britain and America had arranged to confer on the subject of debts immediately the trade agreement was signed.
