Scottish M.P.’s may meet in an annual assembly in the new Government buildings now rising on Calton Hill. Edinburgh. This suggestion has been made by Mr J. Henderson Stewart, Liberal-National M.P. for East Fife, to enlist the enthusiasm of Scotsmen for a good government of their native land.
