INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS.
TAR AN AKI-W AN G ANTJI BRANCH. The twenty-first annual meeting of the Taranaki-Wanganui branch of the New Zealand Institute of Architects was held at Wanganui on Wednesday. A good attendance of members was recorded and matters of "importance to the profession were discussed. The election of officers resulted as follows:—Chairman, Mr Robin Hood (Palmerston North); vice-chairman, Mr T. H. Bates (New Plymouth); secretary, Mr L. T. Brown (Palmerston North); committee, Messrs P. Messenger and R. W. Syme (New Plymouth), R. G. Talboys and C. N. Hood (Wanganui), J. A. Huffill (Hawera), and R. Thorrold Jaggard and E. V. West (Palmerston North).
