POLICE NEW YORK, Nov. 23. A series of dramatic moves has again thrown the spotlight on the murder oh H.vmie Miller. A police squad recently formed to clean up gangsters in Los Angeles invaded a Pasadena movie set and arrested an extra named Frankie Fisher, who has given considerable information concerning the crime.The police also questioned Walter Friedman, former manager of Prinio Camera, and Maxi Russ, also a boxing manager, both being detained on suspicion of robbery.

Hymie Miller, a movie . actor and cafe owner, was fatally - shot in his !\artineiit at Los Angeles on November 15. His death is attributed to' vengeance of a New York gang.
