FRENCH PLOTTERS. TO BE PUBLISHED. LINKED WITH BOMB OUTRAGE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) , Received November 22, 10.40 a.m. PARIS, Nov. 21. The police have announced that they will shortly publish the names of the leaders of the Cagoulards. It is declared that no important member of the organisation has escaped. All the names are known to the secret police. The activities of the Cagoulards are now linked with the Paris bomb outrage of September 12, when the headquarters of the French employers’ organisation were blown up and two policemen killed.
