NERVOUSNESS AT HOME. LONDON, Oct. 19. Following overnight weakness on Wall Street, the earlier decline on the Stock Exchange was accelerated. The markets are nervous and even commodities are affected, mines and oils being weak. British funds are quietly steady, except consols.
