Received October 20, 12.55 p.m. JERUSALEM, Oct. 19,
The curfew order has been rescinded, indicating that the authorities regard the situation as greatly improved. A new Arab higher committee is reported as being formed in Syria where the presence of the Grand Mufti is perturbing the French authorities, who are expected to act vigorously if he engages in anti-British activities.
